While registering before making a purchase offers the convenience of browsing and adding items to your shopping cart, it also provides streamlined checkout and time-saving benefits. However, even if you choose not to register, you can still freely browse our store and add products to your shopping cart.

When you make a purchase of HK$600 or more, you can enjoy free home delivery.

For orders below HKD 600, a flat delivery charge of HK$80 will be applied.

We offer delivery services to most areas in Kowloon, Hong Kong Island, and New Territories within 48hrs. Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung within 72Hrs. However, there are certain areas that we do not currently service. But we are working on them ! These include the following:

• Island Districts: Peng Chau, Hai Ling Chau, Lama Island, Po Tai Island, Cheung Chau.
• Restricted areas, port areas, Disneyland, Ocean Park, logistics warehouses, transit warehouses, warehouses that require waiting in line for pick-up or delivery, and warehouses that require payment of entry fees, registration fees, or gate charges.

We are actively working on expanding our coverage range in the coming weeks. We encourage you to register with us, and we will keep you updated once we start servicing your area.

For most areas in Kowloon, Hong Kong Island, and The New Territories, you can expect delivery within 48 hours. However, Sai Kung, Clearwater Bay, Discovery Bay Tung Chung and Lantau Island deliveries may take upto 72 Hours.

In the case of older buildings in Hong Kong without lifts, our logistic partners will deliver your order to the building lobby. Prior to delivery, they will contact you to make necessary arrangements. When placing an order, please ensure to highlight in the notes section if you reside in a walk-up building, as it is important for smooth delivery coordination.

Our logistic partners handle all of our deliveries from a central location as we outsource this service. As a result, we regretfully cannot offer home delivery for products purchased in our physical stores.

The shelf life of the products you purchase can vary from one month to twelve months, depending on the specific product. On our website, clearance lines are listed with Best Before Dates (BBDs) because they are short-dated and offered at discounted prices. All other products will be delivered with the best available date fro m our inventory.
