At Bargainmart, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our valued customers. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery service:
Free Delivery & Delivery Charges:
We are pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY for any Order over HKD 600. However, any order below HKD 600 will be subject to a Delivery Fee of HKD 80 Per Order.

We currently offer delivery within the areas specified in the table below. If your location falls within these areas, we’ve got you covered !

All restricted areas, Port areas, Disneyland, Ocean Park, Logistics Warehouses, Transit Warehouses, Warehouses that need to wait in line for pick-up or delivery, and Warehouses that need to pay Entry fees, Registration fees, or Gate charges. | Incase of Bad Weather / Typhoon a delivery cannot be scheduled. This will be rescheduled at the earliest possible time. Our couriers will be in contact with you for arrangements. |

The delivery address must be accessible by lift. If there is one flight of stairs at the entrance of the building with maximum 20 Steps, that’s OK. If the delivery location cannot be accessed by lifts, we will make the delivery to the entrance of your building or the G/F Lobby. | Our couriers will contact you prior to deliveries as a general practice. In the event, our courier arrives and is unable to deliver the package, the package will be delivered back to our warehouse and a new arrangement will be made with you to deliver. At this point, a re-delivery fee of $100 will be implemented. |

Can I enjoy HOME DELIVERY for orders lower than HKD 600 ?
Yes ! We have no minimum order threshold, however any order below HKD 600 will be subject to a delivery fee of HKD 80/Per Order.
What do I need to know about the product shelf life when I order ?
At Bargainmart, we prioritise freshness by regularly placing fresh orders with our trusted suppliers. However, as many of our products are imported, some may have a shorter shelf life due to the time involved in transportation. Rest assured that we always strive to produce you with the freshest products available.
What do I need to know about Clearance Lines ?
Discover incredible savings of up to 20% on our Clearance Lines ! These products have a shorter shelf life, but still offer the same great quality and taste. We believe in minimizing waste and passing on the savings to you. It’s a Win-Win !
Alcoholic Beverages and Spirits and Wines
According to the legislation of the HKSAR, No alcohol is to be sold to anyone under the age of 18Yrs. So we will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18yrs.
What do I need to know about Returns & Refunds?
At Bargainmart, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Utmost care is taken when handling your deliveries. Our drivers upon delivery will take pictures of the delivered cartons along with a signature to confirm delivery has been received. However accidents do happen and in those cases, the following procedure is to be followed:-
Filing a Claim:
Claim needs to be submitted within 24 Hours of receiving your delivery along with photos to cs@bargainmarthk.com. In the next 24hrs someone from our team with reach out to you to address the issue.
Bargainmart will happily honor any Returns & Refunds for the following senarios.
Product Shipped is not what you ordered.
Product Shipped has a quality issue. We take quality of our products very seriously and do our utmost to ensure that the product we ship is. good. However, like with any bulk production process there may always be an off chance that something is not right. In this instance we will process a full refund to you on that purchase.
Unfortunate Breakages. On occation due to logistics, there may be an off chance that something arrives you broken. In this instrance Bargainmart will process a full refund to you for your purchase.
Refunds
Bargainmart will happily honour any valid refund claims, provided a claim is submitted within 24 Hours of receipt of items along with photos.
The refund claim will be processed within 7 Days. (Subject to it being a valid and accepted claim by Bargainmart)
Once a returns claim is approved. You will have the following choices with regards to your refund.
– Refund back to your Credit Card Account used to pay for the purchase.
– An Online Store Credit to be used on your future purchases with us.
*Bargainmart will refund the value of the goods retuned but will not NOT refund the Service Charge Paid.
Disputes
In the event of any disputes, Bargainmart will make the final decision. We will carefully review and consider all relevant information and evidence provided by both parties involved. Our goal is to reach a fair and reasonable resolution for all parties.
